4. TrackingTracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/DutiesCustomers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

 

6. Failed DeliveriesIncorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Glimmora, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

 

1. Refund MethodRefunds = non-expiring digital gift card.No cash, bank, or card refunds.

 

2. TimelineStore credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

 

3. Not EligibleItems outside the 7-day return windowItems not in returnable conditionShipping fees & taxes

4. Gift CardsCredits do not expire and can be used on any future order.
